Yes! All our furniture is made from high quality, non-toxic materials and finished with child-safe, waterbased finish and child-safe paint and coating. We design with safety
in mind, ensuring rounded edges, sturdy construction and smooth surface.

Do your products come assembled?

Accepted Answer

To save on shipping cost, our furniture is shipped knockdown and will require minimal assembly. Each part is labeled and you will only need to match the codes on the label to assemble. You only need an L Hex Key and a screwdriver to assemble
your Budsie furniture.

Question 3

Can I customize the furniture (color/size/shape)?

Yes, all of our furniture is customizable. Simply contact us via the Whatsapp link to discuss your custom furniture idea. Budsie also offers design and build services for your kids’ space such as kids bedroom, playroom, playground, school, kids clinic, etc. Please check our Custom Project tab for more information.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Simply add a note during checkout. We can add a custom greeting card on your order, free of charge.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If your furniture arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement part or arrange a service or return at no extra charge.
