Shipping and Delivery Terms

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in ensuring your children’s wooden furniture arrives safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below:

Processing Time:
● All orders are processed between 14 days (for in stock, regular items) and 6-8 weeks (for out of stock, or custom items) after payment is received.
● You will receive a Whatsapp/Email following your purchase confirmation with your estimated processing time.
● If you need you product urgently, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchasing to check availability

Shipping Time
● Shipping time varies based on your location. For shipping within Java: 1-4 business days, Shipping outside of Java: 3-10 business days based on your location.

Shipping Cost
● Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order
● For bulk order, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping to your specific destination for better rates

Delivery Partners
● We work with our partners such as Sentral Cargo and Javaline to ensure your items arrive in good condition.
● Assembly is not included with out standard delivery fee. However, Sentral Cargo and Javaline couriers are able to help with assembly, for an additional cost. Contact us if you would like to have your furniture assembled

Damaged or Lost Items
● If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video and clear photos of the item and packaging
● If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate or replace it

International Shipping
● Import duties, taxes and custom fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility
● Delivery time may vary depending on customs processing in your country
