At Budsie, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our products come with a warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage:
● Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
● This warranty includes issues such as structural integrity and finish defects.

What is Not Covered:
● Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly.
● Wear and tear from regular use over time.
● Damage resulting from exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or neglect.
● Wood expands and contracts with changes in moisture and temperature. This movement can lead to hairline cracks, especially in joints and painted surfaces. Our warranty follows the standard warranty for solid wood products and excludes hairline cracks due to natural movement of wood.

Claims Process:
1. If you believe your furniture has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
2. We may request photos or additional information to evaluate your claim.
3. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Limitations:
● Our warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors outside of our control.
● The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
